Your vehicle will be serviced by a qualified technician using manufacturers original parts and your service book will be stamped and kept fully compliant with your cars warranty.
Most BMW's are fitted with intelligent maintenance system that provide Condition Based Servicing (CBS). These systems permanently monitor a the vehicle, including oil levels and the degree of wear on individual components within your BMW. They also check the time/mileage recommendations for fixed services and analyse the data to determine you when your next service is due. If your vehicle has this system you can instantly check on your car’s information display on the dashboard. This automatically gives four weeks notice before a service is due. If a more urgent issue is found with an individual component, the Connected Drive system will give you more exact information on what needs a check, and provide advice on any changes to driving style that may be required to help protect against further damage.

The European "Block Exemption Regulation" October 2003
This law gives customer freedom of choice to use any supplier to service their vehicle without invalidating the warranty, Before this law was introduced, it was difficult to have a new car within its warranty period serviced outside of a franchised dealer. The law allows owners to have their vehicle serviced independently without compromising the manufacturers warranty.
